Today was a simple day, as we had a playdate. I gave Bear a snowman card that came with stickers. She loves anything that is a sticker so this was a hit.
I also gave her homemade puzzles made of old Christmas cards. She was excited to do these, but then became frustrated because the pieces wouldn’t stay next to each other. I expected this, but I have run out of the magnet sticky paper that I normally use to back homemade puzzles. This works wonders because she can work them on a cookie sheet and they stick. Great activity for a long car ride.
I like the idea to put magnetic paper on the back of the puzzles. We are usually gluing them, but Anna finds it difficult because she cannot reposition the pieces once she put them in. I need to look for that paper in the stores.
