Some sensorial work

Bear's final days at school last week were spent doing a lot of sensorial work with a friend.  This triggered a bout of pink tower/brown stair extensions at home.

And because J-jo does whatever Bear does, he got out the brown stair and tried to build it.
 The blocks are very heavy.
Our brown stair is well-loved and it shows.  I never see them in the act of being chipped (the kids are careful with them), but they are replete with dings and scratches.

  1. We've been working on brown stair/pink tower extensions too. The boys are loving it. You're little J-jo is so cute trying to do what Bear is doing.

  4. Our brown stairs/pink tower are all nicked up too - I guess that just shows they're being used! Thanks for linking to Montessori Monday. :)
