How to Sneak in Extra Spelling Practice
I leave the letter tiles from Bear's name scrambled on tables throughout the house. Bear loves to find them and put them in the correct order. This could be extended for any spelling words, even spelling list words for older kids.
I tried to do something like this once, but Anna just beat me to it spelling words on her own. The thing is - she only wants to do it when SHE wants to do it. As for her name - not much challenge here :)
