One of our (almost) daily activities is one of the most simple things to make.
Grab two sheets of paper (we reuse a lot of Bear's art work this way) and write the numbers 1 to 10 on them, drawing the correct number of circles next to each number. I separate the numbers with a line to keep the numbers visually distinct.
Then Bear dabs each circle while counting with me.
Great counting practice
but also great hand eye coordination practice.
Great idea! I still haven't bought those yet. I was waiting for them to go on sale.
ReplyDeleteNeat.
ReplyDeleteThis is a brilliant idea. My son loves dot markers and I am always looking for more ways to incorporate them.
