I love Do a Dot markers.

I'd seen them all over on blogs before Bear's second birthday and we happened to be going to the States, so I bought her a pack. When Bear pulled them out of the gift bag on her birthday, she was SO excited! My husband had printed out all the Word World characters coloring pages for her and she had to start right away. Unfortunately, not many weeks later, we had two of our markers explode on us and a third started leaking. I guess Bear is a little rough when capping and uncapping them. I wrote Do A Dot a long email within minutes I had an apology sitting in my inbox. Not only that, but they are sending a new pack of the markers and throwing in an activity book as well. If only every company had such great customer service! Thank you Do A Dot!
I just asked for Do-a-Dot markers as a present for Anna's birthday. I hope they won't explode, but kudos to Do-a-Dot for addressing your complaint.

ReplyDeleteWe LOVE our Do a Dot markers! I haven't had any problems with ours, but it is good to know they have great customer service too.
ReplyDeleteWow, that is really great customer service. We've had our pack for a year now (I think, or close to it anyway) and we haven't had any problems, but I have heard of others having theirs explode - yikes!
