We Play - Puddle Fun!

We had some strong rain in the early afternoon on Monday. The sun came out around 5 pm. Seeing the boots lined up neatly by our coat hooks, I thought, "why not go out and jump in puddles?" So off we went.
Bear dipped her chalks into the water to paint this board.

Puddles are a favorite at our house too. Thank goodness for boots!
This does look like fun. We have such a good drainage on the street that puddles disappear rather quickly. Anna's favorite activity is looking for earth worms.
I love those strong rains - the sun seems to always manage its way out and I just love the feeling of it for some reason. I can't wait for those days to be here.
