It was supposed to be a
Christmas present.
But when Daddy Bear came home from his business trip late at night,
the suitcase stayed open in the living room.
So when Bear woke up at 5 o'clock in the morning,
she found one of her surprises.

It is her now her
favorite toy.
She put the puzzle together 20 times the first day on her own, without any help.
(I am NOT exaggerating)
Today she put it together more than 10 times.
She will sit and do it over many times in a row before walking away from it.
What I love about it:

What I love about it:
- It is a great learning and teaching tool for the human body. I have been able to talk to Bear a lot about bladders, stomachs, intestines, bones, and muscles.
- It is great for spatial reasoning. It takes a lot of thought and concentration to put the puzzle together as it has four layers and 7 pieces per layer.
- She loves it : )
Looks like fun. Is it a M&D puzzle?
ReplyDeleteLooks familiar :) It is a great puzzle, especially when you talk about each layer.
ReplyDeleteThis is something I've been thinking of getting my kids for Christmas - good to know you like it!
ReplyDeleteThis (the Beleduc body puzzle, correct?) is on our son's Christmas list. If he doesn't get it, we're getting it for him for Easter.
ReplyDeleteWhere can I get one?
ReplyDeleteI am in Canada!
